Allan Reider serves as President and Manager of Altus Group. He has over 25 years of experience as a licensed professional in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage. He counsels owners of large and small businesses as well as individuals looking to sell either a business or commercial property. Allan also represents buyers as a Buyer’s Agent, aggressively seeking out businesses or commercial properties that will meet their needs and expectations. Allan has been a resident of the Grand Rapids community for over 45 years. Allan received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Grand Valley State University. In addition, he holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and the CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. He has served as president of the Certified Commercial Investment Chapter of Michigan, Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and the Michigan Business Brokers Association. In addition, he has served as director of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the Michigan Commercial Alliance of Realtors.

Douglas De Jonge is a business intermediary engaged in market making activities for business in the Western Michigan area. He works closely with companies to effect changes in ownership structure which benefit the companies and key owners. He has experience in marketing business opportunities in many industries including manufacturing, service, professional practice, recreational and leisure as well as retail. He has been intermediating business transactions since 1996 and has skills in business valuation and deal structuring. Doug earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University with areas of study in finance and economics. He is an active member of several local, state and national trade associations and business networks designed for the marketing of businesses.

Prior to joining Altus Group, Lisa Sang worked as a Legal Consultant for a Large International Corporation, where she gained her experience of working with business owners on target marketing, succession planning, financial strategic structuring, etc. Lisa also has experience managing in the Hospitality Industry for over a decade. She worked for a few prestige hotels chains in Europe and America. Lisa earned her Master degree in Business Management at Central Michigan University. She is an active member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CAR (Commercial Association of Realtor) Association and Michigan Business Broker’s Association (MBBA).

He has also started several businesses and is a partner in companies that continue to grow. A graduate of Hope College in Business administration, Doug has worked with companies as large as 50 million down to main street businesses, improving their performance and increasing their value.
